Thai Yoga Bodywork: This is a wonderful treatment that increases circulation, range of motion, and can be energizing as well. This art works on the energy lines of the body, applies muscle tissue compression, and moves you through a series of gentle yogic like postures opening the flow of energy throughout the body. Thai Yoga is preformed on the floor with a special mat while you are fully dressed in loose-fitting clothing.

Shirodhara: A traditional AyurVedic treatment where warm oil, milk, or coconut water is gently poured over the forehead to invoke a profound state of relaxation bringing calmness and openness to the body, mind, and spirit. Helps in relieving stress, anxiety, neck tension, insomnia, and many other conditions. This treatment is a perfect ending to your Abhyanga massage however it can be done alone. Please come with clean hair as the oil is customized for you and will be given to you for home use. A two day advance notice is necessary for this treatment.

Pregnancy Massage: Performed on the table in a side-line position. This massage is effective in reducing leg and feet swelling, bringing relief to overworked muscles, and reducing stress. It is advised to wait until you have passed your 1st trimester and inform your doctor prior to receive this massage.

The points are manipulated to open blocked energy pathways increasing greater function throughout the body, plus it feels wonderful.

Cranio-Sacral has been useful in relieving chronic neck pain, TMJ disorder, emotional trauma, and inner ear problems. This can be incorporated with other bodywork techniques as well.

Structural Bodywork: The treatment is designed to re-educate the body by releasing old patterns. We begin with a postural analysis to see where the body is being pulled out of balance. Typically this is a dry massage using skin rolling, deep compression, and muscle stripping to release the body's holding patterns.
