Customized Massage for your body: This massage is customized just for you and your needs using a blend of the techniques that I have learned over the years.

Thai Bodywork: The treatment increases circulation, range of motion, and can be energizing as well. Thai is preformed on the floor with a special mat while the client is fully dressed in loose-fitting clothing. The client will receive muscle tissue compression and is moved through a series of yogic like postures.

Shirodhara: A traditional AyurVedic treatment where warm oil, milk, or coconut water is gently poured over the forehead to invoke a profound state of relaxation bringing calmness and openness to the body, mind, and spirit. Helps in relieving stess, anxiety, neck tension, insomnia, and many other conditions. This treatment is a perfect ending to your Abhyanga massage however it can be done alone. A two day advance notice is necessary for this treatment.

Pregnancy Massage: Performed on the table in a side-line position. This massage is effective in reducing leg and feet swelling, bringing relief to overworked muscles, and reducing stress. It is advised to wait until you have passed your 1st trimester and inform your doctor prior to receive this massage.

Foot Reflexology: This treatment is based on the belief that each part of the body is interconnected through the nerve system to specific points on the hands and feet. The points are manipulated to open blocked energy pathways increasing greater function throughout the body, plus it feels wonderful.

Cranio-Sacral: This treatment is a gentle approach that focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and underlying structures. Cranio-Sacral has been useful in relieving chronic neck pain, TMJ disorder, emotional trauma, and inner ear problems. This can be incorporated with other bodywork techniques as well.

Structural Bodywork: The treatment is designed to re-educate the body by releasing old patterns. We begin with a postural analysis to see where the body is being pulled out of balance. Typically this is a dry massage using skin rolling, deep compression, and muscle stripping to release the body's holding patterns.

Seated On-Site Chair Massage: Perfect for events, parties, meetings, or as a treat for your employees. Experiencing a stiff neck at work, aching wrists, shoulders that feel as if someone folded them up, a 10-15min massage cannot be over-stated for anyone who has ever sat behind the desk all day.
$1 per minute (1 hour min requirement for booking).
